Working Alongside Your Aged Care Provider

As an associated provider, Alpha & Omega Care can deliver agreed services on behalf of a registered aged care provider.

This means you can receive practical support from our team while your registered provider remains responsible for your overall aged care arrangements.

We work within the agreed support arrangements and communicate with the relevant provider to help ensure your services are delivered as planned.

Support at Home

Through arrangements with registered aged care providers, our team can provide practical support for older people receiving services at home.

Depending on your approved supports and individual circumstances, this may include:

Personal Care

Assistance with everyday personal care and routines.

Domestic Assistance

Help with household tasks to keep your home comfortable and manageable.

Who We Support

Our aged care support is for older people who need assistance with everyday activities at home or in the community.

You may already have an aged care provider and support plan in place, or your family or carer may be helping you arrange additional assistance.
