Support That Fits Into Your Life

Choosing an NDIS provider is a personal decision. You want to know who you are working with, what support is available and what you can expect.

Alpha & Omega Care as a NDIS Registered Provider provides practical NDIS support for everyday life, with services designed around the individual and their circumstances.

The right support should make everyday life easier

The right support should make everyday life easier while helping you work towards the things that matter to you.

This might mean having assistance with your daily routine, getting out into the community, maintaining your home, or developing skills that support greater independence.

We take the time to understand what you need and how you want your support to work.

Who We Work With

We support NDIS participants who are looking for assistance with everyday living and community participation.

We can also work alongside the people already involved in your support, including family members, carers and support coordinators.

If you're considering a new provider, you don't need to have everything worked out before contacting us. We can start with a conversation about what you are looking for.

What to Expect When You Choose a Provider

Finding the right provider should give you the opportunity to ask questions and decide whether the service is right for you.

With Alpha & Omega Care, the process starts with a conversation about your needs and the support you're looking for.

We'll discuss:

  • The type of support you need

  • Where and when support may be provided

  • Your preferences and expectations

  • How the support arrangements will work

  • Any questions you have before getting started

Before services commence, the agreed arrangements can be discussed and documented in a service agreement.

Your Support, Clearly Agreed

A good service arrangement should be clear about what you are receiving and what you can expect.

Your service agreement can outline the supports being provided, when and where they will be delivered, costs, responsibilities, cancellation arrangements and how changes can be made.

You should have the opportunity to understand the agreement before you start receiving support.
